Who we are

Organic Impact is a Ugandan-registered non-profit organisation that aims at enhancing people’s livelihoods by mobilising them to use available resources to improve their incomes, food production, health and educational attainment sustainably. We primarily target women and young people in such a way that benefits the entire family.

We are a mixed team of volunteers with various backgrounds such as social entrepreneurship, education, communication, marketing, crop agriculture and livestock production. We combine our different expertise to try and make a difference in the lives of people.

We believe that people are surrounded by natural and human resources that can be used sustainably to enhance the wellbeing of human beings and the environment. Helping people to identify and harness these resources, rather than giving them handouts, will help improve livelihoods.

We operate as a social enterprise. Any money we get, whether through business or donations, is invested in activities that improve the lives of people and the environment.
